A mountain bike has been stolen from a garden shed in Brecon.

Police said the blue Rocky Altitude 750 men’s mountain bike was taken from Adelaide Gardens in Llanfaes sometime between 1.45pm and 3.45pm on Monday, February 6.

The partner of the bike’s owner, who has asked not to be named, said: "We no longer feel our belongings are safe. We have lived in the property for a long time and have never had anything stolen and have never had any problems in the area.

"My partner only had the bike a year and he rode it any chance he could. He took very good care of the bike and now it’s gone he can’t enjoy doing what he likes."

Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for information which can be passed to the Brecon Neighbourhood Policing Team on 101.
