POLICE are appealing for information after a van has been seen acting suspiciously in Hay-on-Wye.
A statement issued by Dyfed-Powys Police said: "A vehicle acting suspiciously has been seen in Hay-on-Wye at 9.30am today, June 24.
"The vehicle, a silver Ford Tranconn 90 van, contained two males in hi-viz tabards. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Brecon Police Station on 101."
