A PLANNING document that sets out where new developments should be built in the Brecon Beacons National Park has been approved for use.
Independent inspector Rebecca Phillips, who has been examining the Local Development Plan (LDP) since the beginning of the year, has written to the park authority approving the plan as 'sound', confirming it's suitable for use.
But residents who have challenged the inclusion of particular sites have expressed disappointment with the approval.
It must now be adopted, with changes recommended by Ms Phillips, by the Brecon Beacons National Park who will meet on December 17.
