BRECON were taught a ruthless lesson in how to finish by high flying Llanishen who put the Parc de Pugh side to the sword.

The Cardiff club had started the season well, losing only one of their five previous matches, yet there was some hope in the home camp as Brecon played well in defeat to Gwernyfed the previous week and earned a good win in their midweek Mid District Cup encounter against Wattstown.
