An indie-pop artist hailing from Defynnog near Brecon is set to perform at The Hundred at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.
Aderyn will be performing live at the cricket event taking place on Saturday, August 9.
The local will be bringing her infectious energy and distinctive sound to one of the UK’s most exciting summer sporting events.
This performance marks a proud moment for Welsh music and a chance for fans to celebrate one of their own at a major sporting and cultural event.
The Hundred - a high-octane 100-ball cricket competition - has become as much about top-tier live music as it is about world-class cricket. Previous years have seen performances from acclaimed acts such as Self Esteem, Rudimental, and Everything Everything, with this year continuing the tradition of showcasing both established names and emerging talent.
Aderyn’s performance will take place during the matchday entertainment between the Welsh Fire and their opponents, offering fans a unique fusion of sport and sound.
Known for her catchy hooks, tongue-in-cheek lyricism, and vibrant stage presence, Aderyn is one of Wales' most exciting musical exports.
Aderyn burst onto the scene with her debut single ‘Lucozade’ and has since been championed by BBC Introducing, Clash, and picked up a Welsh Music Prize Triskel award to boot.

Her music blends indie-pop sparkle with punk roots, offering an honest and playful take on love, identity, and youth.
Originally from Bannau Brycheiniog and dubbed ‘Cardiff’s Queen of Indie Pop’ by Radar Mag, Aderyn is a DIY artist with a growing fanbase and a reputation for unforgettable live performances.
The August 9 show comes ahead of the release of her brand new single "FEEL NOTHING!", out on August 22 - a bold, cathartic anthem that dives into the emotional numbness of situationships with Aderyn’s trademark indie punk punch.
