THE family of a teenager who died following a year long cancer battle have vowed to continue fundraising in her memory.
Naina Dickens-Chauhan died last month after becoming unwell as her chemotherapy sessions were drawing to a close.
Her family and friends had been aiming to raise £50,000 towards a bionic 'C leg' after Naina had her right leg amputated due to complications after surgery related to the bone cancer.
Naina's mum Heather Dickens said: "I would just like to encourage all those who have arranged fundraisers for Naina to continue to host them, as well as carrying on with plans to set up more events."
Heather said it is hoped funds raised can benefit other children in a similar situation to Naina.
