CHRIST College pupil Rachel Hope will be aiming to stick around after she was selected for the Wales U18s women's hockey squad.
Lower sixth form pupil Rachel, 16, impressed at the national selection training session which took place at the Welsh Institute of Sport in Cardiff earlier this year.
The teen, who has been in outstanding form for Christ College, joined the Welsh Hockey Squad for three days training in Cardiff during the half term holidays and will be attending additional performance training this week.
Rachel said she is hoping to be part of squad being put together by the Welsh Hockey Union later this year.
