WHEN it comes to making ice cream, homemade artisan ice cream makers Paul and Eirlys Cole from Brecon take some licking.

The couple who run the ice cream parlour Llanfaes Dairy Ice Cream, in Brecon, were awarded a number of top placings at this year's Royal Welsh Show, at Llanelwedd, near Builth Wells in the ice cream competition.
