Recipients were Brian Tolley, Wales Air Ambulance Volunteer, and Samantha Price for the Builth and Rhayader District Nurses Team, Alvina Beehan, Paget Silvester, Joy Groves and Ffion Corfield.
The Community Council could nominate individuals or teams who had supported their local community which had benefited. from their continuing help.
