HAVE you heard the one about the Welshman, the Irishman and the French woman? Sadly, it ends with Wales being dumped out of the Rugby World Cup.

While Danny Lydiate, Adam Jones, Andy Powell and the rest of the Welsh squad were left broken by their semi-final exit to France last weekend, there are plenty of positives to take out of the tournament, not least for Lydiate who has emerged as a true world class talent during the competition, while Wales have finally made the world sit up and take notice of them.
