Parked car wrecked by vandals in lay-by

The police are appealing for witnesses after vandals targeted a parked car just outside of Llyswen.

The BMW, which was parked in a lay-by on the A4079, had all of its windows smashed - including the rear window.

As well as an attempt to damage the windscreen, the car was left dented and the wing mirrors had been destroyed.

Dyfed-Powys Police shared pictures of the wrecked car on Twitter as part of their appeal for information which showed the extent of the damage.

The car was attacked at sometime between 3pm on Monday, December 10 and 11.45am the following Tuesday.

Anyone who witnessed the damage or who has any information should call the police on 101 referencing DPP/0032/11/12/2018/01/C.
