Police are appealing for witnesses after a male pedestrian was killed in an accident involving a car in Ystradngynlais on Saturday evening.
The collision occurred at about 9pm on Neath Road in the town and, although emergency services were called to the scene, the man passed away on the roadside.
The incident involved a red Renault Clio car.
A police statement said: "Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision, which occurred on Saturday, March 30 at around 9pm on Neath Road, Ystradgynlais.
"The incident involved a red Renault Clio and a pedestrian. Sadly, the male pedestrian passed away at the scene.
