A RECOVERING cancer patient has drawn on her own experiences to set up an initiative loaning hair wigs to help benefit others suffering with the disease.
Kathy Woodyatt, 50, lost her hair as a result of chemotherapy treatment three years ago, but has used her ordeal as inspiration to support others suffering from cancer-related hair loss.
Although 50-year-old Kathy's hair has now grown back and she is seemingly winning her battle against cancer, she still 'wanted to give something back' and created the wig recycling scheme from her Newbridge-on-Wye home.
