PICTURED are Brecon Bowling Club mens league team, who having qualified through their first three league matches this year proceeded to the Carruthers Shield competition.
They won the first round match away to Llanhilleth Bowls Club 75 -71 but lost 69-88 to Kerry Bowls club in the second round, it was a good match played in right spirit and the club look forward to trying to qualify again next year.
