A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision with a car on Saturday, August 23.

The collision took place on the A470 between Llyswen and Llansteffan at around 12:20pm.

The motorcyclist’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed-Powys Police attended to a report of a road traffic collision involving a motorbike and a car on the A470 between Llyswen and Llanstephan at around 12:20pm on Saturday, August 23.

“The motorbike rider was taken to hospital with serious injuries not believed to be life-threatening. The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene and reopened at around 8:10pm.”
