Police are investigating after thieves helped themselves to a large sum of money during a lunchtime burglary in Brecon.
The force said that raiders attended the Llanfaes property at around 12.30pm on Saturday, September 4.
Officers are appealing to residents in the area who have CCTV or doorbell videos to check any footage for a man who they believe could have information about the burglary on Newgate Street.
A Dyfed-Powys Polices spokeswoman said: "He is described as a white male in his 40’s, with mousey blonde hair shaved on both sides, a stocky build and clean shaven.
"Residents in the area who have CCTV or doorbell videos are asked to check these for anybody matching the description.
"Anyone who saw the man, knows his identity, or has information which could help the investigation is asked to contact police."
