IT'S NOT every day that a global moviestar pops into the local cafe but that's what was on the menu for selected Rhayader residents last week when Hugh Grant made an appearance.

Grant pulled up in his flashy sportscar last Friday, February 1, enjoying a spot of lunch in the Strand Coffee Shop and Bistro before happily posing with one eagle-eyed fan and signing an autograph for another.
