Around 200 visitors enjoyed the sights and sounds of Builth Wells Christmas Tree Festival in St Mary`s Church last month.

The visitors voted for their favourite three trees from the 28 on display, each ornately decorated by local organisations.

The top three chosen by voters were `The Woolly Wednesdays`, `Builth Bike Bash` and` Cancer Research Builth Wells Committee`.

Each winning organisation was awarded a certificate and a medal, and thanked for their participation in the event with such innovative and beautiful decorations.

Thanks also go to all who helped organise and support this successful community event.
