Llanigon farmer Mally, 46, believes an area encompassing Hay-on-Wye, Talgarth and Velindre is a 'hot spot' for big cat activity and even claims that sightings are so common that the animals have become indigenous to Powys.
Speaking to The Brecon & Radnor Express, Mally said: "Loads of people in the area have seen a big cat, there's been common sightings since early 2000, everyone's seen it."
