Visitors to the Brecon Beacons Food Festival can expect more than just fine food and drink this year, with organisers unveiling a full programme of live music and choir performances to run throughout the day.
The festival, returning to Brecon Market Hall on Saturday, October 4, will feature seven performances from local choirs and singing groups, offering a lively soundtrack to the popular event.
The musical line-up begins with Brecon Choir at 10am, followed by Builth Ladies Choir at 10:30am. Noteworthy take to the stage at 11:15am, with Affinity performing at midday. Afternoon performances include Gracenotes at 1pm, Dare to Sing at 1:40pm, and Bluebells VE rounding off the programme at 2:15pm.
Festival organiser Andrew Powell said: “The music is such an important part of the Brecon Beacons Food Festival. It gives the day its heart and helps create that special community feel. We’re proud to showcase so much local talent and provide a stage for choirs and singing groups who bring people together through music."

Alongside the entertainment, visitors will be able to browse and sample produce from more than 60 local food and drink exhibitors. Stalls will offer everything from artisan cheeses and homemade bakes to craft ciders, gins and wines.
The Brecon Beacons Food Festival, which will run from 9:30am to 4:30pm on the day, remains one of the few not-for-profit food festivals in Wales that is entirely free to attend.
