Dyfed Powys Police has named the 48-year-old man who died following a collision on the A470 Storey Arms on Wednesday, March 22 as Lee Sullivan.
Mr Sullivan, who lived in the Brecon area, was a passenger in a black Ford Focus when it crashed at around 5am. He was declared deceased at the scene.
Two other men were taken to hospital.
In a brief tribute to Mr Sullivan, his family said: “Lee sadly passed away on March 22 2023 and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. RIP SULLY.”
