MEMBERS of Llandrindod Wells Theatre Company are busy preparing for their summer season show.
Titled ‘Hit the Heights’, it is a lively and vibrant song-and-dance spectacular catering for visitors and locals alike and is suitable for all the family, starting in the school term and running through the holidays, until the school term starts again.
It’s the perfect show for anyone getting in the mood for their summer holiday, featuring as it does lots of bright costumes and lively dance routines – with plenty of beach-related fun and games.
The show shocases a range of well-known hits from today and the past as well as a live band and an energetic cast.
Performances are every Thursday evening at the Albert Hall Theatre in Llandrindod Wells throughout the summer, starting with the first show tonight (Thursday, July 6) and running until Thursday, September 14 – with a matinee show on Saturday, August 26 starting at 2.30pm.
Tickets are on sale at Coversure Insurance, Middleton Street, Llandrindod Wells or on the door before each show.
The show which has a cast of over 30 members, with ages ranging from nine years to some rather more mature entertainers!
The show is produced by Lianne Thomas and the choreography by Jemma Thomas.
Musicians for the first evening’s show will include Faith Gadfield, Rob Lewis and Colin Brame.
