POLICE have issued a CCTV picture of a man they want to speak to in connection with thefts from vehicles at a Brecon Beacons car park.
Seven cars at the Pont ar Daf car park, at the foot of Pen y Fan and on the main A470 road between Brecon and Merthyr Tydfil, were targeted at around midday on Wednesday, September 5.
The car park, near the Storey Arms outdoor centre, is the most popular route for walkers heading up Pen y Fan, the largest mountain in southern Wales.
The CCTV images released by Dyfed-Powys Police were captured in the Merthyr Tydfil area.
The force said the man in the images may have information that could help with their enquiries.
Only one car had anything stolen from it and a thief made off with a bag containing a purse with bank cards in it.
