POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a 46-year-old man from Builth Wells .
Dyfed-Powys Police say David Lally has been missing since Tuesday, July 5 and it’s thought he may be in the Cardiff area.
He is described as white, around 5’10" tall of thin build with short hair.
A police spokesman said: "We are concerned for his welfare. Anyone who has had any contact with him, or has any information that could help find him, is asked to contact police by calling 101."
