FOUR drivers have escaped unharmed following collisions on the A470 in the Brecon Beacons.

Snow had fallen on the Beacons from Wednesday afternoon and continued overnight and into Thursday morning.

The A470 was partially blocked at Storey Arms on Thursday morning following a collision involving a silver Ford Mondeo and a silver Toyota Yaris.

The collision occurred at around 7.40am and the road was partially blocked until the Mondeo was recovered around 8.30am.

On Wednesday evening a black Audi A6 and black Audi A5 Sport were involved in a collision at Libanus at around 8.55pm. The road remained open.

Dyfed Powys Police said no-one was was injured in either incident.
