THE man behind rejected plans for more than 100 homes on the site of the former Mid Wales Hospital says he hopes his proposal can be revived.

Developer Phil Collins also revealed to The Brecon & Radnor Express that he still hopes to build a care home on the Talgarth site.

The Brecon Beacons National Park planning committee last month rejected plans for 103 homes and a care home to be built on the site of the former Victorian hospital.
