After nearly 19 years of working for the Powys Local Health Board at Llandrindod Wells Hospital, Diane Evans has retired as a personnel assistant. During a farewell party at the Royal British Legion Club in Llandrindod Wells Diane (left), who lives in Tremont Road, was presented with gifts from her colleagues and friends by Pat Roberts, the Planning and Commissioning Manager at the Hospital. At the same time Donna Bale presented her with a bouquet of flowers. Amongst those also in the photograph are some of the medical and hospital staff with whom Diane has worked over the years and include: Eurwen Roberts, Ann Evans, Hamish Stonebridge, Dr Hans Lichtenstein, Dr Ewart Hillsden, Joy Hillsden and Benita Eggleton.
