DYFED Powys Police have launched an online 'trip advisor' style feedback service and a new website which includes a 'report online' function.

The 'Rate your local police' service enables people to log on and give feedback on any interaction they've had with the force and is bases on a five start rating. Users can also provide additional comments and information.

The new website includes a brand new function where people can report things to police via a form. The details go straight to the call handlers who record the details in the same way as the calls received on the 101 non-emergency number.
