Emergency services have attended at a crash on the A40 on the outskirts of Brecon.
The road remains open and Dyfed-Powys Police said it received a call just before 4pm of a collision involving two vehicles.
The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it, the police and the ambulance service have all attended the incident at the Brynich roundabout.
