Pupils from Llanfihangel Rhydithon CP School made the trip to Cardiff last week to visit the Welsh Parliament, taking part in a day of activities to learn about how the Senedd works.

They met James Evans MS who took questions and spoke to the children about his job representing people in Brecon and Radnorshire.

“It was a real treat to welcome the children to the Senedd and talk to them about my role and the political process,” said Mr Evans.

“They are a credit to their school and asked lots of great questions – I am sure they would do very well in the chamber at First Minister’s Questions!”

A school representative added: “A massive thank you to James Evans who took the time to meet our children today, they had a fantastic time and were so happy to have the chance to ask James lots of questions. We would also like to say thank you for all his support with our school.”
