THE family of a soldier killed during the Falklands War is to be honoured at Brecon's annual military parade.

The presentation of the Elizabeth Cross to the family of Welsh Guardsman Lance Sergeant Kevin Keoghane will be the first time the medal has been presented at a ceremony of its kind.
