The family of a man who died in a crash which closed the A470 in Radnorshire have paid tribute to the "rap music fan".
Lee Jenkins, who was 42 and from Pontargothi, Carmarthen, died when his Renault Megane car was involved in a crash with a lorry near Argoed Mill on Thursday, September 7.
The 6.20am crash shut the main road between Rhayader and Newbridge-on-Wye for much of the day.
A statement, released by Dyfed-Powys Police on behalf of Mr Jenkins’ family, said: "It is with great sadness we announce the death of Lee, who passed away last week. He was a loving partner to June, beloved son of Edna and Byron, father to Greg, and brother to two sisters.
"Lee lived life to the full. He will be remembered for his loving and generous nature, and his love for rap music and his family."
A police spokeswoman said: "Police attended a collision between a car and a lorry on the A470 between Rhayader and Newbridge-on-Wye at 6.20am on Thursday, September 7.
"Sadly a 42-year-old man died at the scene of the collision. His next of kin have been informed and our thoughts are with his family."
