New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Powys’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:
• Rated 5: Little Oak Gifts Fruit & Veg; rated on May 30
• Rated 4: Tad Cod at 1 High Street, Brecon, Powys; rated on April 25
• Rated 2: The Granary at 20-21 Broad Street, Hay-On-Wye, Hereford; rated on April 25
It means that of Powys's 402 similar establishments with ratings, 276 (69%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
