Concerns that visitors allow dogs to poo "wherever" they like in Bannau BrycheiniogIt had emerged last weekend that the September 2011 tragedy would not be included in the memorial as four people had died, while the cut off figure for inclusion in the memorial is five.
However the chairman of the volunteer led memorial campaign has said wording to recognise the lives lost at Gleision, near Pontardawe, could now be included in the memorial.
