A DECISION to list fields on the edge of Brecon as suitable for new housing contradicted all previous planning policies an inquiry has heard.

Residents are challenging a decision by the Brecon Beacons National Park (BBNP) to include the fields north of Camden Crescent, and east of the Breconshire War Memorial Hospital, as development land in its future planning document, the Local Development Plan (LDP).
