A LARGE crowd turned out in Brecon's Bulwark to witness the town's 28th annual Gurkha parade.
The Gurkha Company Mandalay has been based at Brecon's Dering Lines camp since 1974 and the Nepalese soldiers were awarded the freedom of the town in 1985.
The parade on Sunday, July 28 also included a display of Nepalese cultural dance by children whose fathers are serving in the regiment and a Kukri Dance by the soldiers.
The Band of the Brigade of Gurkhas and 1 RGR Pipes and Drums also performed.
