SIR Bradley Wiggins sported the race leader's yellow jersey as the Tour of Britain rolled through Powys and the Brecon Beacons.

The Olympic and former Tour De France champion started the fifth stage of the race, in Machynlleth, as the leader and rode through Rhayader, Builth Wells and Brecon on the way to the stage finish in Caerphilly.

He claimed the overall title when the tour finished in London.
