A WOMAN who told how she'd found found love again after her ex-fiance attempted to kill her has been assaulted by her new boyfriend.

Rebecca Williams, of Brecon, was assaulted by partner Gary Thompson - just days after they had posed together for The Mirror newspaper, who Ms Williams had told how former fiance Liam Jones had knifed her 10 times after she called off their engagement.

Thompson, of Market Garden, Waunfawr, Talgarth, has admitted twice assaulting Ms Williams and the 25-year-old could be jailed when he appears before magistrates for sentence in July.
