KNIGHTON families celebrated the Salmon migration with a lantern parade to the River Teme with the Severn Rivers Trust.
Local musicians from Footloose sang and storyteller Amy Douglas entertained with tales about the river.
The salmon are busy at this time of year, making their redds in the clean gravels where they lay eggs. The Severn Rivers Trust is working with local landowners to help conserve soil and keep the gravels clean for the Salmon. To take part in a free training course in March on how to count Salmon redds.
