Llanwrtyd Scrubs & PPE

As the dire shortage of PPE for frontline staff continues, the ‘Llanwrtyd Scrubs’ group of volunteers are keeping themselves busy making much-needed gowns, scrubs, masks etc. for local hospitals.

The response from local residents for material has been enormous and they have been given piles of sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, tablecloths etc. They have also raised nearly £3,000 to buy new fabric thanks to donations from the public and local charitable organisations.
