POWYS carers, Malcolm Davies and Eirlys Thomas, have been recognised for their 10 years long service to fostering at a celebratory event.

Hosted by Foster Care Associates (FCA) Cymru, the Saturday, November 24 event championed the dedication and hard work of foster carers in South Wales.
