The Old Railway Line Garden Centre, in Three Cocks, recently celebrated the long service of team members with an evening at Llangoed Hall.

More than 20 per cent of the family-run business’ team have been with the company for more than 10 years, forming the dedicated ‘10+ Club’.

Founder, Mark Cleary said “We had a great night at Llangoed Hall where we enjoyed a delicious three-course meal and great hospitality, celebrating our longest serving team members. Of course, a staff do wouldn’t be complete without one of my famous quizzes, with over £500 worth of prizes awarded on the night.

“We now have 21 members of our ‘10+ Club’ who have been a pivotal part the businesses growth and success over the past decade or more. Some have been with us as long as 25 years! It’s a great feeling having such a dedicated team who have been with us over so many highs and lows, and who are still at the heart of the Old Railway Line family today.

“It was great to go out, reflect, share stories, and enjoy a well-earned drink together before we head into another busy Christmas season. A special thanks to all the 10+ team members for a great evening and for all their amazing commitment and hard work over many years.”
