A BRECON pub has pulled off a scoop for this weekend's Jazz Festival, a beer flavoured ice cream.

Les Rees the manager of the George Hotel is preparing for the busiest weekend of the year and commissioned the novelty desert - specially made by Brecon based manufacturers Llanfaes Dairy using Evan Evans' Brewery Stomper summer ale, to celebrate the annual musical extravaganza.
