THE driver of a Peugeot 206, whose car was involved in a collision with a Leyland DAF lorry at the A483 has died.

The accident, which occurred at approximately 5.20pm on the A438 on Tuesday, December 16, only involved the two vehicles.

The male driver of the Peugeot sustained fatal injuries and Dyfed Powys Police confirmed that the deceased's possible next of kin were travelling to identify the body on Monday, December 22.

The driver of the lorry was checked by paramedics but was not seriously injured.
