THE dream of relocation is a common one for many people, associated as it is with a change of scenery and the fun and freedom all that brings.

For Jeremy Young and his partner 43-year-old Sarah Featherstone, the dream became a reality when the architecture couple who had long harboured hopes of finding a home in mid Wales, found the ideal spot in the village of Pontfaen, near Brecon on which to build their dream pad.
