Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a collision on the A40 between Bwlch and Brecon at around 2:30pm on Saturday, 5 September.

The collision involved a White Ford C-Max and a KTM 1290 Duke motorcycle.

Sadly, the male rider died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

The road was closed for collision investigation to take place and reopened at around 2am on Sunday, 6 September.

A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Anyone who was travelling along the A40 between Bwlch and Brecon at the relevant time, is asked to contact police.

“Investigating officers would particularly like to speak to any motorists who were in the area at that time who have dash cam in their vehicles.”
