A motorcyclist was killed when he collided with a car on the A4215 near Brecon yesterday.
The rider of the Honda motorbike, who was aged in his 50s, sustained serious injuries before he died at the scene of the collision on the road between Libanus and Defynnog.
Both the driver and the passenger of the Chrysler car were uninjured in the crash which happened at around 3.15pm.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokeswoman said: “A motorbike and a car collided at around 3.15pm, with the rider of the motorbike sustaining serious injuries. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The A4215 was closed for several hours as investigation enquiries were carried out.”
