Every Christmas the local politicians organise a visit with the sorting office Manger Neil Gardner who kindly provides a tour of the facility.
James Evans said: “Over the past two years the team here at the Royal Mail Brecon depot have worked day in, day out, tirelessly to provide a service to the people of Breconshire.
“When many were furloughed or told to work from home, they had to get up and crack on to help keep our economy moving.
“It was great to see Neil again and hear all about the experience of the team over the past year. They provide a fantastic service and are a much respected and loved part of the local community.”
Fay Jones said:“Huge thanks to Neil and the team for his hospitality this morning. The atmosphere at the sorting office was fantastic, our postal workers work so hard and it was a privilege to visit and thank them.”
