Police are investigating following the theft of dozens of sheep from farmland in Powys.

A total of 35 sheep - 34 Improved Welsh ewe lambs and 1 Charollais ram - were stolen from farmland near to Burl Hill, in the Old Radnor area.

The theft took place sometime between Tuesday, November 14 and Saturday, November 18 and was reported this week.

Dyfed-Powys Police has appealed to anyone with information, or anyone who has witnessed suspicious activity in the area during this period to get in touch with the rural crime team.
