POLICE are keen to speak to this person after someone is alleged to have defecated in the doorway of a block of flats in Brecon.
There have been five reports of such incidents, with the most recent occurring between 12.50 and 1.50am on October 21 last year. They all took place at the same block of flats in Bell Lane.
Dyfed-Powys Police said they would like to speak to the person in this still photograph taken from CCTV footage as part of their enquiries. A police spokesperson said: "If you are this person, or you recognise the person, please contact police with information by calling 101.
